• SLAM •

Sets, Location & Art Manager: SLAM is a bespoke software application I designed and developed whilst working in the Art Department. SLAM tags every element in the Art Department (broken down from scripts, production meetings, recces, producer's, director's & DOP requests etc), and then schedules out into an Excel format - similar to a One Liner but specifically for the Art Department. It also creates summaries of key elements, and reports on sets and locations. It has powerful search tools and tag based scheduling, ensuring every element is delivered on time. Below are a few screen grabs to give a sense of how it works.

• OINK •

OINK: Is a bespoke software application which manages the Art Department budget. Tracking purchase orders, cheques, petty cash advances and receipts, OINK allows real time feedback on where the Art Department is money wise and allows reconciliation of actuals and estimates on sets, builds, vehicles, graphics and playback allowing the art department to be entrepreneurial in the redistribution of cash as needed. I have never gone over budget!

• G-MAN •

Graphics Manager is a bespoke software application which coordinates the output of the graphics department. It collates briefs and references as well as feedback and tracking delivery dates and clearances on images. It features a consistent brief format which combines current thinking in style, motivation and colour theory to create a starting point for the design process.
